some side effect of using WYSIWYG editor?

A WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor is a JavaScript-driven Web form field that lets users enter formatted text, much like using a word processor.Youi can use it to add formatting such as bold, italic, and underlining, create headings and so on.However, can you tell me some side effect of using WYSIWYG editor?

Thanks a lot.
