The name itself gives a hint about what it is, these are certain tools used by marketers for spinning an article to make is seem unique. But to be honest I would suggest someone to try and refrain from using it. Just making an article seem unique to the search engines but seeming like a distorted one to humans cannot be an effective SEO or marketing or article writing.
