Wow i can't believe that in this forum post answers are more noob than question itself

Google is good teacher for updated SEO , otherwise i recommend to take SEO training from somewhere , you can follow backlinko to learn latest and actionable backlink techniques

Forums posting is not For backlinking , PLease do not spam around by saying that
forums commenting and posting is for discussion and solution of your problem and you can make good friends here if you want

All who answered that forum commenting and blog commenting is backlinking technique please give a proof

And we are in 2016 and you are still living up to submission backlinks ( that's funny enough )

IF you want good backlinks to your website you must do follow
1. Make good friends from blogs and forums coz these are the place you can get friends of same niche , you can help each other

2. Make your website more visible and update it regularly

3. COntent of your blog/website must be shareable

4. You can use skyscraper tech for backlinking and more traffic

5. Try to earn .edu , .gov and wikipedia links

6. Try to make backlinks using broken link building techniques

and lost what not the least

7. Blogger outreach , Mention them in your blog and email them to know it they will give highly quality results to you

This is the most complete list of link building tactics on the Web, period. I created it because the best tactics are never found in one place, and the most complete lists are completely outdated.
One thing to keep in mind while reading: I did my best to split each one up by category (i.e. Local, Paid, Events etc.), but a lot of them overlap. For example, sponsoring an event could easily fall into paid & events, but I had to pick one. So keep that in mind if you’re looking for i.e. only event tactics.
