Is PHP hard to learn?
I already own a website now and I am very fluent in HTML. I want to add a members-only section to my website and possibly a rating system for landscape photographs. Is PHP hard to learn? Tell me how long it'll take to learn it and how difficult it is to make the programs I need above. Thanks!

PHP is not hard to learn but you should the knowledge of programming languages.

Any coding program is hard to learn
