Offer your readers a site map of your site. But make sure that it has less than 100 links per page.

You will not be able to Increase PR of your website as Google has stopped updating it.
But it doesn't mean that crawlers have stopped who determine quality of any website. There are various factors like DA PA MozRank Trust Factor which will help determine quality of any website.
