I beleive you should have more options to choose from. As I see citynetworkhosting can be good for meeting all your needs. Servers are not pricey ans they work like a clock. Support is knowledgeable and skilful.

I have two separate sites that I host with greatjsphosting.com
Support is great, very responsive. Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime our site has had that wasn't because of something I did.

You should look on google to know reviews about it, because I don't have any knowledge about it but Ramsurge is also good. There is no complains on their stability, good customer support and fast service.
