After Google updates. We should submit one article on one site. Our article should be unique and quality Article...

Thank you that was such a valuable piece of info for me as i was planning to submit the same article on multiple directories we must be carfull after google algorythmic updates..........

It's best to have each article be unique. Services like Squidoo require articles to be unique not all only from other content on Squidoo, but also form all other the web. So submitting the same article to multiple promotional sites is generally a bad idea.

I would advice you to just submit one article on one site. (condition apply if it gets an approval)
