How to improve Alexa Ranking?
I have a cad drafting related site which is <removed> . Last few weeks I found my alexa ranking is going down can anyone help me on this?

Usually, Alexa ranks each website based on the number of visitors it gets. So in order to enhance Alexa ranking of your site, you need to improve the amounts of visitors that your site gets. Use below strategies to improve Alexa ranking.
� Download the Alexa toolbar and use it every day to visit your own website. � Use Alexa redirection whenever you can. � Encourage your visitors to add their good recommendations on Alexa's detailed listings page for your website. � Write your own website reviews on the top 100 rated Alexa sites and include your redirect URL. � Get listed on as many search engines as possible by putting a free listing in DMOZ. Dow load the Alexa rank ,and then use the social media site for traffic driven on you site ,

Why u need Alex ranking? Frankly speaking it is not very useful for seo promotion.

I fully agree with spinxwebdesign post that if you want to improve Alexa ranking, try to increase visitors.

I am agree with edge-board.Alex Rank doesn't matter in SEO.It is totally based on the number of visitors on your site.

Alexa ranking is based on traffic on your site. So for increase alexa ranking you must increase the traffic on your site.

Alexa traffic rank your site based. So Alexa rank increase traffic to your site needed to increase.
