In Directory listing we are provided by a list of directories sites which have divided into different categories where we have put our data into the relevant category.
Business listing is similar to this,it must contains a mailing list as it have to verify the conformation mail.

List of companies is that, it should contain a list, as it is to control the e-mail conformation.

Directory Submission is submission in web directory while business listing is listing in any kind of yellow page, google place etc..
