I am keen to know about link building. I know it is one of the most valuable SEO strategies. The importance of link building cannot be overlooked. All webmasters should try to attract as many links as they can. So how do they go about it? As a webmaster, how do I attract people to link to me? I am curious to know about it. I am a newbie so pardon me if my questions sound dumb to you. Should I hire the services of reputable SEO professionals? I hope I don�t end up spending a fortune on it.

Invite websites related to your website industry to exchange link with you, Email the concerned person with your details and a request to exchange links.

Firstly through Email's invite to know own site information.Publish your site to different sites list..Share your site information social networking sites just like Facebook,Linkedin & Twitter.

According to me the most important thing is your content and then your site look and links and it also depend that which kind of information you have on your site. Never use unethical ways to attract people on your site it could be considered as spamming.

To attract lot of traffic you can go for social media optimization (SMO). I think SMO is the best way to get lot of traffic in your site. It also increases the page rank of your site.
