Gurgaon is the most demanding and investing City in Delhi NCR. There are lots of luxury apartments in gurgaon Like: Golf Course Road Gurgaon, Flats in Civil Lines, Ambience Creacions, Buy Flats in Delhi NCR

Along with Gurgaon there is one more city which caught up race in of Real Estate that city is Bangalore there are many projects which are operational in the city.

yeah..these have become par with major cities like Delhi and Mumbai for growing business and trade opportunities thus attracting number of investors over the years.

definitely true,
but real estate scenario has reported to be improving overall,
Bangalore, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Mysore..

Surely...a research shows that Bangalore has 7 area which are featured in top 50 investment list of which RMV in Bangalore North, Rajarajeshwari Nagar from Bangalore West, HAL Layout from Bangalore East, are the 3 areas in Bangalore that have given the best price appreciation. Property prices here have appreciated by between 7-21% in past one year. The ongoing metro corridor is casting a positive rub off on some of the nearby areas which might have caused favorable sentiments.
