google provide the ranking to our website. there may be some factor on which google work to give the ranking to a site. so what are they?

My cousin who works in IDF Marketing told me about the Page rank. According to her content is the most important these days.

The answer is probably - all of the above. However 2013 seems to be focussed on getting quality non-spammy backlinks.
