There are two obvious tracks to go down with respect to backlink developing, weblink junk and benefit centered. It should be obvious weblink junk will require less attempt but won't build resilient hyperlinks where benefit centered requires more attempt but creates hyperlinks that will take a position the ages. The path you choose is determined by many factors not least of which the resources you have available and your hunger for making a business that will take a position the ages.

2. Directory Submission
3. Forum Posting
4. Blog Commenting

8. Classified Ads
