If you are going to hire a web designer then you must have to look for following aspects:
How much experience he is having What is his qualifications His portfolio must be checked How much he is going to charge for it Tell him to show his current project progress How much time he is going take to complete your project

When hiring a new web designer these should be considered:
Portfolio � quality of designs Communication skills � can you actually communicate with this person? References Price Timeframe � a realistic timeframe of project completion I would have to say that communication is one of the most overlooked factor when selecting a web designer. The price can be great, but if communication skills are lacking, you are going to wish you chose the more expensive designer that knows how to communicate. |

Web designer must be experienced in that field. See to their portfolio so that you can get an idea about their work. Visit their client site mentioned in their portfolio.
