Google can read flash files so if you have a website that's filled with video and flash files then don't forget that Google can crawl that as well. So should we add many videos to our sites? are videos really so good for SEO?

Videos can be very good for SEO but ir depends on how you use them.

If you use videos such as youtube to put into your seo campaign it can be very beneficial, like creating a blog, with a youtube video, however, Google cannot read flash; not true.

There is little doubt that using video content on a webpage can really help to give it the edge in search results. But simply placing video on a webpage does not guarantee a higher ranking.
