Do not use spinner for forum posting your account can be block by the forum website although seo is must for your website to get traffic and generate revenue.

This is a classic representation of exactly what not to do in SEO. First thing acknowledging the statement intended with 'yes SEO is what will keep your business afloat in this competitive world' and secondly 'Article or content spinning is not ethical and get you a penalty you wont like'.

Not getting your question exactly but if you are asking that if you have a live website then it can be indexed by search engines or not, then I will say yes. If your website is having good and fresh content along with good design then surely your website will get indexed by search engine, but if you want to achieve top rankings in SERP's then you have to go for SEO services or you can also hire an SEO experts to perform SEO activities on your website.
