Yes ezine is one of the better sites for submission. But remember unique and relevant content helps in ensuring effective SEO results. Along with this if the content is interesting to read then it helps further.

There are number of article website to submit your article, though I have tried number of article website but was unable to receive such exposure from them. Hope now we should try guest posting, let see whether it works in bringing some decent traffic to a website.
