My pc got hanged their are many useless files, how to remove these files please any recommended software?

Hey friend, you delete your unnecessary files and clean your pc and uninstall all files which is useless, their are many pc optimizer service provider are easily find out. you should search on internet. They remove your pc speed issue and clean your pc. and also protect your pc in virus. Last year my pc was not working and I got help a pc optimizer expert they clean up my pc.
