Meta tags are playing vital role in SEO.
Meta Title and Mata Descriptions are heart of any website. In SERP's we could see a result from these meta tags only. Without proper title and description your website won't be get higher position.

Use primary keywords in Meta title and description with meaningful sentence.

Combination of title, description and keywords. There are some limits in meta tag.
Title tag - 50-60 characters
Description - 160 characters
Keyword - 100-250 characters.
