Does Google penalize article submission?
I'm thinking about submitting my website to article submission websites but I wonder if Google penalizes will penalize my website for that. Please help.

No, it will more than likely help you. Just don't most 1 article on more than 5 sites. Than you will get penalized.

No, Google not penalize article submission if
- one article is submitted on only five website - use unique content on article

Google will not penalize your website only because if you submit articles. If you could post useful content for the users on your particular topic,it will help your SEO. And in each post,content should be unique.
