Can I buy links from guest posts safe
Will it be safe if I buy links from good blogs that offer paid guest posts.Links will be dofollow, contextual and with no footprints that are paid.Can Google understand that and penalize me?
Please explain this to me.

I won't recommend you any paid services at all, because it isn't right SEO Process. Instead if you want to buy guest post services follow these things:

Yes, paid techniques of seo is not a good techniques. Sometimes it may be show as spam websites.
