That means your back links are not good enough, it does not matter how many back links you have but the quality of back links

Do not worry about the number of backlinks. Worry about the QUALITY of your website and the QUALITY of your backlinks.

1 good backlink is better than 10,000 spam ones.

Have you read the latest Google Penguin? It would be better to understand this first before you make your next move. Maybe you're doing wrong and it's against in the Google Penguin update.

In your signature you are providing SEO services. If you don't know how to get ranked well than how would you provide the better seo services to your client.

Just things you have to keep in mind while generating backlinks for your site

High page rank and high domain authority sites

If you have maximum backlinks from high page rank and high domain authority sites you will surely get better rankings

check your past backlinks and do some audit in your link building strategies.Try to remove all the bad links pointing to your website or put them in Google disavow tool.
