How effective have you found forums for SEO and traffic generation
I would like to know if you have found forums good for SEO and traffic generation?

Yes, they are very effective to get a huge amount of backlinks as well as for traffic. We can get some backlinks but direct traffic only flows if we go to relevant forum sites.
