The anchor text used on your links is a very important factor to consider.

Guest writing

Guest writing on other blogs is a great way to link back to your website, especially if the blogposts are relevant subject topics.

One another tips:
Use the <b> </b> tags around some of your keywords on each page. Do NOT use them everywhere the keyword appears. Once or twice is plenty.

I think content is king and we always try to avoid copy paste. Using niche keyword is also a good thing.

Good tips but they are old and mostly used all the webmasters. Anyways its good that you are posting such helpful information and I really appreciate your efforts behind it.
