first check your robots.txt file,after that submit sitemap to google & submit your site url to google search engine. And also start offpage activity.hope this will help you.

For fast index a number options can be used.
Build a link wheel, which help in fast indexing. In this if one link is crawl by search engine then surly it will index the remaining backlinks in fast. Secondly do social bookmarking against backlinks, If you backlinks are limited numbers then you can do the social media bookmarking. Which can help in fast indexing...
