Domain still pointing to tumblr

Having transferred my domain from 123-reg server to GoDaddy, and after waiting 5 days for it to be processed, my url still points to the tumblr error page rather than the new webpage. It's been less than 24 hours, but just wondering if this is a common issue? Many thanks!!
