Check your website on Google page speed tool and they will suggest you, what to do to reduce page loading time. There are many other tools that analyze your website and will suggest what you should do to improve in onpage seo factors. One of them is varvy.com
Check the site and do analyze.

Don't add a lot of flash or java and reduce the quality of pictures. Use basic HTML coding and also convert all the photos or graphics that you use to a low resolution .jepg or .gif format that reduces loading time. Some tips to reduce loading time of a website:-
1) Optimize Images
2) Browser Caching
3) Compression
4) Optimize Your CSS
5) Keep Your Scripts Below the Fold

2. Using medium size images
3. Website shouldn't be too lengthy
4. Redirection must be reduced
5. Plug-ins must be reduced
6. Enable compression
7. CSS must be optimized
8. Javascripts must be written below the content
