If sub-domain have huge spamming then is it effects to the main domain..?

It was consider it before, for ex. Your sub domain (abc.rootsite.com) is totally different from your main domain or root domain (rootsite.com)

Number of links from your sub domain consider as a external links for your root domain.

Now onwards, Google not consider your sub domain as separate sites from your root domain.

So it should be effected on your main domain.

If your sub Domain is spam or unnatural links on the site, it will effect your main Domain.
