When i checked my site Alexa rank it shown as 0 by smallSEOtool i have checked on other sites too but same result but PR start display as 6 from 0 . What this all stats mean ?

Check your site in Alexa.com
This is official alexa toolbar. Do not check with tools.

To improve alexa rank, you have to work on improving traffic of your website. But most of the cases to work on improving alexa rank is waste of time and money. Because alexa measures the rankings using toolbar installed in browser. So, the visits that alexa counts is much more in numbers, in real.
