guest posts appeared as one of the effective ways to build quality links in any seo campaign for your site. getting back-links from quality guest blogging sites is a white hat seo technique that does not lead to penalize your site.

however, guest posts are not much beneficial for SEO now-a-days may be because of ever evolving google updates but guest postings are still useful to some extent.

Google may give tough time to sites exchanging content just to reuse content & gaining back-links; therefore, one needs to be bit careful while collaborating.

So welcome the guest posts only from well reputed bloggers and experts.

now day guest is not much help for seo purpose.
