It depends on how you market your site from those social networking sites. But since facebook has the mass audience then I think it has a bigger contribution on the traffic.

Facebook is probably the most useful site just because of it's popularity. I don't think that you could find another site that would garner you a bigger audience than Facebook.

Facebook and Twitter are all different it depends what is your target audience. Different people (in terms of age, interest, etc) use Twitter and Facebook.
