Suggestion few little less common sources of backlinks: good ways are links embedded in pdf files, presentations such as a slideshow, or descriptions to movies youtube, vimeo etc..

There are so many ways to build backlinks for your website. Among the common strategies are: (1)Social Bookmarking. (2) Forum Participation. (3) Blog Commenting. Or you can buy backlinks from sites like SEOclerks.

Well... there is tons of ways to build the back link for site but note that the all back link will not help in getting a good rank even it may cause to negative effects in site ranking, so focus on high page rank sites and pages so it may leads to get more high quality backlinks, follow the steps and procedures for proper SEO to optimize your site, focus on SMO.
