Write a newsletter and send it out. Give away content. Check out a site before you link back. Keep your website up. Search Google for your website. Provide a Rich Site Summary (RSS). Ask other high-quality websites to link to your website. Provide motivation for highly ranked websites to link to yours. Tell the press about your site. You should do good seo and seo media work and get high quality backlinks, when you will find out 200 unique visitor per day after that u can say your website have good page rank.

Post some high quality content in good article directories and take a backlink from them.
Do Forum submissions - Mention your website url as signature in forums. Avoid reciprocal linking - Do not include other websites link in your site. You can also buy ranking from SEOclerks. Your site should have a clear hierarchy. Always write your pages for your readers, not for Google. |

Post new, unique and relevant content on your website and keep updating it. Then get quality back links through directory submission, forum posting, social bookmarking, social networking, article submission and blog commenting.
