What do you know about indexing in Google? - Site Owners Forums

I am new to this web forum and I have lots of queries about indexing in Google. I am quite proficient in the field, but I really do not have idea about the process of indexing. I have a 4 pages website and I want to index it. I have used Google, Internet Explorer and safari, but I am observing very different results in all of them. Do you guys have any idea about these facts? Please try to help me out to solve my queries. I do not know why I am getting such unusual results in my sites.

As the owner of the site, the site of what content is search engines index, you can control. When you want to search engines know what content you don't hope they index, the simplest method is to use the robots.txt file or robots
