What do you mean by Alpinestars Reflex Elbow Guard?

According to my concept it is really very helpful for hilly areas racing to protect our body for huge damages during the racing mountain biking, roller derby etc.....

Last week, i was enjoying my favorite adventure sport and suddenly i met with an accident. But i was very fortunate as i was wearing my elbow and knee pads. So, it is my personal advice to every sport lover that always wear quality knee pads to protect yourself against injuries.
