Is Cucumber good for health?
Hi there,
There are reports, that eating Cucumber reduces the frequency and severity of the common cold. I also read Cucumber is good for cardiovascular problem due to its blood pressure lowering effect, blood lipid lowering effects and its anticoagulant properties. What are your thoughts?

Yes, Cucumber is very Good for Health. It is also very good for the Skin and Eyes.

Hello. I want to say that I like cucumbers a lot. It�s very good product for our health. Thus, I like it to eat in summer time. It helps me a lot to reduce my fat percent. It�s good to use them in the salad as well.)

Its good for health and it good to eat it with the dinner as a salt its benefit the eyes and health also.

Most vegetables are really healthy including cucumber. You got to eat green vegetables..
