The paid directory use
There are leader schedule and submissions on these web based directories and I proverb that the previous exceeds the last to a huge degree. If this is the case then what is the reason on sill submitting to these indexes in the web? They accuse high excluding provide the similar type of consequences. If you use paid directories for submission it will higher the PR on your site.

Paid directories are not good for the site. Better to use free directories.
