Change to a new server

Hi Buddies,
I have a site of my client, which is already doing good in Google. It is quiet a old site and ranks for almost all important keywords for the site.

But the site was using CMS to display most of its pages, they are dynamic pages.

Now my client stopped the CMS and he uses his own database for his needs. Convertions are being done and want to make it as Live in 3 months.

This is basiclly like we are changing the server for the site. Will this affect the ranks for the keywords?

Any answer much appreciated. Thanks...
