The Cloaking is a search engine optimization technique in which the content presented to the search engine spider is different from that presented to the user's browser.This is done by delivering content based on the IP addresses or the User-Agent HTTP header of the user requesting the page.

Cloaking is a black hat technique in which two version of a same page created one for search engine and one for user (visitor) for some other purpose, we should avoid it!

Cloaking is included in "black hat seo" which means showing different pages to google robots and showing different web pages to it users. Doing it can result to block of the website and used to rank for a short span of time until google robots catches you.
