How to Exclude Some Posts from Yoast Sitemap?

It’s very important to hide some pages from our Sitemap. You don’t want to index your login, logout, unsubscribe, success or thank you pages in Google or any other search engines, right? Exactly the same issue has faced to me. How can I hide some page from my Yoast sitemap? Finally, I have got a very informative article with a video tutorial to fix this issue.
