our website has any manual penalty for this you need to register at webmaster and then check for it.

If your website is not indexing is google then first thing to see is if your website has any manual penalty for this you need to register at webmaster and then check for it.
If its clean then there are few things you need to look into 1) Submit Sitemap to google webmaster 2) Check if robots.txt is blocking bots to view your pages 3) Try to build more presence on other website 4) Try using fetch as google in webmaster forum 5) Build some backlinks 6) Submit your link to google https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

make sure your website is indexed correctly by Google. It's surprising how many websites make some of the smallest mistakes, and it prevents their site from being indexed correctly.
