support firstly , secondly i try find out what their time to first byte is in general , obviously it needs to be affordable a with reasonable disk space. Up time is also one of the big factors. A cloud server to serve a page when they have a issues . I personally also like a lot of options on my servers. if they are the types to deny access to certain files
