Packet prioritization using DiffServ works in networks whose routers support Quality of Service (QoS) functionality. Uniform Resource Locator (URL) priorities listed on the URLs tab will be used by ISA Server to apply DiffServ bits for content that can be inspected by ISA Server (content that has not been tunneled).
