You should follow the below steps:
First take your website down otherwise it can be used for abuse purpose and your host may suspend your account.
Find the backdoor from where attacker was able to hack it
If you can’t find, you need to make sure that you are using the latest WordPress and there is no vulnerable plugins. You may need to review each plugin websites
Download database and upgrade your WordPress to latest version locally. Make sure you download it from wordpres.org only. DO NOT use backup or old data. If you have image in upload directory, only move images.
Reinstall all plugins
Reinstall themes
Do not use any nulled version of theme or plugin. Also, download themes and plugins from trusted sources.
Once everything upgraded, reupload your files/folders and restore database.
