Fruits and vegetables, whole grains, yogurt, and cheese. If you are a non-vegetarian then you should also eat lots of fish. Eating healthy food is good for health but to keep yourself healthy, one should keep his surrounding clean, safe and healthy first. Sanitation and hygiene are essential for our health.
