Depend on what you want to do (in long term or short term?):
In long term: you can build backlinks on Social Bookmarking, Articles Submission, Forum Posting, etc.
In short term: buy paid Ads, get traffic from Q&A website (in my opinion, you can get instant traffic from doing this)
