Overall I like your content and the layout of your site. Your ad placement is creative and works really well for your site. Only thing that jumps at me is how you introduce your posts. You tend to say things like "Today I am going to talk to you about ____" . I believe your posts would read better if you just omitted these kind of statements out. Anyways good luck with your site!
