Fruits and Berries, Eggs, Meats, Nuts, Seeds and Peanuts, Vegetables, Fish and Seafood, Grains, Legumes, Dairy, Fats and Oils, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dark Chocolate. Do exercise daily and have above healthy food to make you fit. Also drink 12 glass of water daily.
