Long Tail keywords are 4+ words in length. Those are mostly specific phrases (for example, “how to register online”, “how to start online shop”, etc.). They have lower search volume, but they convert better.
How to choose them depend on your market niche and on the content of the page where you want organic visitors to land. Find a keyword phrase, at least 4 words long, that have lower search volume and that is directly related to your page content, and make sure to include that phrase a few times in the content. Don’t overdo it.
