I chose a 5 year Masters degree in Robotics (which gave equal focus to the three core areas). At the time, I figured that was the way that people get into robotics. However, I was soon to find out that my route was far from standard. Most people working in robotics had arrived through one or a combination of the following routes, through a mixture of undergraduate and graduate degree courses.1)"The Body" - Mechanical Engineering 2)"The Nervous System" - Electrical and Electronic Engineering 3)"The Brain" - Computer Science
